Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
- Season with black pepper and salt.
- Fold in chopped parsley.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add 1/4 tsp anchovy paste.
