A creamy and flavorful dip inspired by the classic Caesar salad, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  3. Season with black pepper and salt.
  4. Fold in chopped parsley.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
