- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place small mounds of grated parmesan on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately drape over inverted muffin tins to form cups.
- Let cool and crisp up.
- Toss lettuce, dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fill parmesan cups with salad mixture.
- Top with croutons and serve immediately.
