Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad, wrapped in rice paper for a light and crunchy appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10 seconds.
  2. Lay the wrapper flat and add lettuce, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  3. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.

  • Keep rice paper wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
  • Add grilled chicken for a protein boost.
