Description
Candy cauldrons filled with mini marshmallows are a fun and spooky Halloween treat. These edible cauldrons are made from chocolate and filled with fluffy mini marshmallows for a sweet surprise.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Black food coloring (gel-based)
- Cauldron-shaped silicone molds
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Brush the melted dark chocolate into the cauldron molds, covering the sides and bottom evenly.
- Let the chocolate harden in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and mix in black food coloring until fully combined.
- Pour a small amount of the black chocolate into each cauldron to create a base.
- Add a spoonful of mini marshmallows into each cauldron.
- Seal the top with more black chocolate.
- Chill for another 15 minutes until firm.
- Pop the cauldrons out of the molds and serve.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for better consistency.
- Work quickly when melting chocolate to prevent burning.
- Store in a cool place to avoid melting.
