A simple and delicious pasta bake featuring fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for best results.
- Can substitute penne with any short pasta.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
