Instructions
- Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
- Scoop out a small amount of flesh to create space for filling.
- Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
- Fill avocado halves with the mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
