Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Add remaining batter and top with more caramel.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
