Ingredients

- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix sausage, cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Brush butter mixture over baked sausage balls.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use room temperature sausage for easier mixing.
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
