- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
