- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the cooked beef, cheese, onions, and pickles over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
