A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, combining crispy tater tots with savory beef and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Top baked tater tots with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Add pickles or bacon for extra flavor.
- Use spicy mustard for a kick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
