A quick and easy homemade version of the classic Hamburger Helper with extra cheese and flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the macaroni, beef broth, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add more cheese for extra creaminess.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
