- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can substitute cherry pie filling with other flavors.
