Instructions
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream in a 9×9 dish.
- Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies over the cream.
- Spread half the remaining whipped cream over the cookies.
- Spoon half the cherry pie filling over the cream.
- Repeat layers: cookies, cream, and cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled.
