A convenient and fresh Chicken Caesar Salad Jar perfect for meal prep. Layers of crisp romaine, grilled chicken, parmesan, and Caesar dressing stay fresh in a jar for easy lunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
