- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil and minced garlic.
- Spread half the Caesar dressing over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dressing.
- Add shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with romaine lettuce, croutons, and remaining dressing.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
