Description

Grilled chicken skewers with a Caesar dressing twist, perfect for quick meals or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
