Description

A simple and flavorful chicken dish seasoned with smoked paprika for a rich, smoky taste.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after baking.
