Description

A moist and flavorful banana bread packed with chocolate chips for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add baking soda and flour, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before slicing.

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
