Instructions

- Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Fold melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Sift in flour and salt, then mix until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly into ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but center remains soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
