- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture over pecans and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before slicing.

- Toast pecans for extra crunch.
