Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then let it cool slightly.
  5. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
