A creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy dip that’s a perfect copycat of Chuy’s famous jalapeño ranch. Great for chips, veggies, or tacos.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño brine
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add pickled jalapeños, jalapeño brine, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Fold in chopped cilantro.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños or a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
