- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
