- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup grated apple

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, grated apple, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin for convenience.
- Grate the apple finely for even distribution in the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
