Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange peach halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush melted butter over the peaches.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until peaches are tender.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
