Description

Enjoy these delicious Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Bread Mini Loaves, perfect for fall baking. Each mini loaf is packed with pumpkin flavor and swirled with cinnamon sugar for a sweet, spiced treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease mini loaf pans.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Mix oil, pumpkin, sugar, and eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Fill loaf pans halfway with batter, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
