Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  3. Let onions cool, then chop finely.
  4. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Stir in chopped onions.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
