- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your preferred consistency.
- Add lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the diced onion, tomato, and cilantro.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
- Add more lime juice if the guacamole browns quickly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly on the surface.
