A simple and creamy macaroni salad perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, celery, red onion, red bell pepper, and parsley to the bowl.
- Toss until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
