Description

A simple and delicious peanut butter fudge recipe that requires minimal ingredients and effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt peanut butter and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
