- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
- Pour the warm cream over the white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Mix well.
- Gradually stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle with crushed graham crackers.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
- If the mixture is too soft, refrigerate longer before rolling.
