- 6 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Fold into egg mixture.
- Spread batter evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Roll the warm cake with a clean towel. Let cool.
- Melt chocolate and mix with cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Unroll the cake, spread filling, and roll again.
- Cover with remaining chocolate cream. Use a fork to create a bark-like texture.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature eggs for better volume.
- Dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
