Description

Coffin-shaped chocolate bonbons are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween. These bite-sized chocolates have a rich, creamy filling encased in smooth dark chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100g heavy cream
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coffin-shaped chocolate molds

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir until smooth, then add butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into coffin-shaped molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Remove from molds and serve chilled.
