A delicious tart combining the tartness of cranberries with the nutty flavor of almonds.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all-purpose flour, almond flour, and sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and mix until a dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Spread cranberries and sliced almonds over the crust.
- Drizzle honey on top.
- Bake for another 20 minutes or until golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for best results.
- Can substitute honey with maple syrup.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
