Ingredients

- 2 cups cranberries
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cranberries, apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spoon filling onto the center of the pastry.
- Fold edges over the filling and seal.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
