Description
A tangy and slightly sweet BBQ sauce with cranberries for a festive twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries break down.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender or in a food processor until smooth.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Let cool before using or storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Freeze for longer storage.
- Adjust sweetness or tanginess with more sugar or vinegar if needed.
