- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer bread cubes and cranberries in the dish.
- Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over bread and cranberries.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Dried cranberries can replace fresh ones.
- Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
