Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add dried cranberries and stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.
