Description

Delicious truffles combining tart cranberries and rich chocolate for a perfect bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat cream until simmering in a small saucepan.
  2. Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir mixture until smooth. Add butter and mix well.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries.
  5. Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For softer truffles, reduce chilling time to 1 hour.
