Ingredients

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat cream until simmering in a small saucepan.
- Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir mixture until smooth. Add butter and mix well.
- Fold in dried cranberries.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For softer truffles, reduce chilling time to 1 hour.
