- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, sugar, and chilled butter in a bowl until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and cold water, mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Blend cranberries and sugar in a food processor until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove skins.
- Whisk eggs into the cranberry mixture, then stir in melted butter and vanilla.
- Pour filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh cranberries for best flavor.
- Chill the dough before baking for a flakier crust.
