Description

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh cranberries
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 meringue nests
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cook cranberries with sugar until soft and syrupy. Let cool.
  2. Whip cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Crumble meringues into large pieces.
  4. Layer cranberries, cream, and meringue in serving glasses.
  5. Serve immediately.
