- 300ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook cranberries with sugar until soft and syrupy. Let cool.
- Whip cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Crumble meringues into large pieces.
- Layer cranberries, cream, and meringue in serving glasses.
- Serve immediately.
