Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
