Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add water and mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and fold into thirds.
- Repeat folding process twice, chilling between folds.
- Mix cranberries, brown sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Roll dough, spread cranberry filling, and fold.
- Cut into squares and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Notes
- Keep butter cold for flaky layers.
- Chill dough between folds to prevent sticking.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
