Description

A tangy and slightly sweet marinade perfect for chicken, using fresh cranberries and simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend cranberries, orange juice, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked.
