- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Blend cranberries, orange juice, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked.
Notes
- For a smoother marinade, strain after blending.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Works well with chicken breasts, thighs, or drumsticks.
