Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in orange juice and zest until combined.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
