Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in flour, salt, orange zest, and cranberries until dough forms.
- Roll dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice dough into 1/4-inch rounds and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Dough can be frozen for up to 1 month.
- Substitute fresh cranberries if preferred.
- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor.
