- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add bloomed gelatin to the cream mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Blend fresh cranberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds and pulp.
- Mix cranberry puree and vanilla extract into the cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into molds or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
