Description

Easy-to-make cranberry puff pastry pinwheels with a sweet and tangy filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Top with cranberry sauce, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle sugar over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
