- 1 boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add garlic and butter, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in corn and heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
